As a woman, to be special is of course important but ...(to guys who sys I dont care whether you are big or not), anyone including guys like slim women....
thus, I offer some suggestions...
1) dont stay up to lose weight...honestly speaking, to stay up could make you lose weight but it also could make you turn old fast and also at a increasing rate...
2) concentrate on something, like studying, or some kind of sports...I suggest studying...thus you could hit two birds with a stone...
3) if you are a meat-lover, thus try those carbon like rice or flour...if you are a sweet things lover, thus try eating meat like fish or ground beef or chichen..but be sure to take off the fat....
how to eat and what to eat is key factors to lose weight...but should keep your favourite food like chocolate or some other dessert in case you will have a cravin for it after the diet...but be sure eat less of them..
4) Be sure to eat less for supper, and try to take more vege soup with some protein like fish or egg.....and better not eat flour or carbon...for at nights, those flour or rice are very easy to be digested and taken by your own body...
5) do more excercise...maybejust walk for at least 30 minutes.
