跑步后膝关节酸疼

这个手脚并用,不是很伤膝盖,很容易出汗。

Though elliptical trainers are considered to be minimal-impact, they are an example of a weight-bearing form of exercise.[2] They can be self-powered by user-generated motion or need to be plugged in for adjustment of motion and/or for supplying their electronic consoles and resistance systems.

大概看了看你说的这跑步方法。基本上都与专业长跑的说法相合。是个不错的总结,好东西。起了个玄而又玄的名字。有用的提示挺多,具体还要自己体会了。
 
关节本来就有问题,跑步只是暴露出来了,通常是年龄增长时出现的,但也不一定,如果还年轻,问题就比较严重些。
 
BTW, 听说跑步鞋子也很重要。
 
跑步装备也很重要,建议换一双专业的跑步鞋,在体育店特价的时候花个一二百刀买个原价几百的好跑鞋,对于经常跑步的人来说据对值得。我以前也跑步跳绳到膝盖疼,医生建议该游泳,但是那不减肥呀,体重下不去,后来还是换了跑鞋,循序渐进的跑起来,现在几个月过去了,效果还不错。至于那些跑鞋好,上网自己比较一下吧,有专门的跑步鞋的名牌,我就不做广告了。
 
多谢大家的热心答复!:):) 已经买了护膝,也从今天起改为快走+匀速走试试看,要还是不行就只好考虑换运动方式了。另外我住baseline & greenbank 这一带,请问附近有游泳的地方吗?

关于运动这事,我咨询过医生,医生说其实最好的运动就是散步和节奏缓慢动作简单的瑜伽
我看了那个纪录片以后,觉得有感触,因为我以前是特别爱跑步的,感觉在外面跑很主流的感觉:D虽没有过你说的问题,但是跑步时脚落地时确实感觉对关节的压力太大了,运动本身是为了身体好,伤了自己就不好了,我现在天冷就在家里的跑步机上跑3分钟,不长时间跑了,这些日子下来,觉得这样也是很不错的
 
其实可以选择做动作简单些的瑜伽,缓慢的拉伸筋骨,猛烈型的运动可能不适合所有人,运动本身是为了身体好,但是加拿大这么冷,特别是冬天冰天雪地的,跑着跑着要是摔倒了受伤了,得不偿失
有种跑步器械叫treadmill...........
