1、儿童出生时父母双方所持有的国籍证明（如加拿大护照、中国护照）和居留身份证明（如枫叶卡、登陆纸、工作签证或学习签证等）的原件及复印件；
2、儿童出生纸（长表，具有父母名字信息）原件及复印件；
3、儿童父母现在持有的带有照片的有效身份证件。

如果孩子出生的时候，父母一方或者双方是中国国籍，那么这个孩子按照中国国籍法是中国国籍。这种情况进入中国的话应该不是申请签证，应该办理护照。

但是，如果这个孩子已经有了外国护照，而中国政府是不承认双重国籍的。中国政府有两个选择，1, 承认他的外国护照，但是做一个记录，2，不承认他的外国护照，他一旦进入中国，按中国人处理。

但政治上，又决不能真正承认双重国籍。
最后，就是折腾所有海华。
