上次早排队的值了。“Did anyone catch CTV local news last night? They were at the Minto Sales center live and interviewed a lady who had been there since Monday waiting to buy her lot and she said that many were expecting the prices to go up and prepared for what they thought would be at most a $15k price increase but after speaking to sales center reps, they learned that the increase is actually $40k. She was telling CTV how people were very angry with Minto, everyone was very discouraged, some were crying, and some left altogether. I wouldn't be too happy with any builder if they jacked up the price that much in such a short period of time. Seems they are taking advantage of the demand and pissing people off in the process.”
