我从来不用costco自己的credit card,肯定不是从那来的。倒给你的不是从会员费那里来的钱。
这里说的是纯利profit margin,我之前说的5%是Costco的毛利gross margin,没算损耗人工等其它支出的。
普通超市毛利至少15%,鲜货30%, 店内加工食品能到60%.

我也不算行外人。要考accountant也是可以的。不过,干accounting我怀疑我会不会崩溃。我是行内人。报表先看gm。然后ebit,底线是net profit。其实很少听过profit margin这个说法。我可能对term理解有误。accounting20年前学完估计都忘差不多了
不过数字是经验之谈,Costco这种模式很独特很成功,其它超市都想学。我们training经常分析。
