诚心请教：卖房

I sold my first house by myself in 2006.
Now I suggest that you use agent.
A family in the same neighbourhood tried to sell their townhouse at 480k for three weeks, nobody came. They hired an agent, started to sell Friday, several offers, sold next Monday at 520k. Commission is 5% which is 26K, the family got 494k, still better than 480k.

有中介只收2%吗？

在目前的这个市场下，出高价的肯定是带agent来的。所以你最多能省你的agent费用。
我前面卖过两个房子，都是自己卖的。但那个是在正常的市场情况下。如果我现在卖，我肯定自己请中介。只有中介才能做到最大市场化。
当然你想自己卖也行，想好一个目标去努力。但千万不要想先自己试试，不行再请中介的话。等到那个时候，你的房子会失去先机，价格上只会吃亏的。
