疫苗并不能完全防治感染，2月以色列的一项60万人的数据显示，打了两针后，607人确诊感染，占0.1%，这些人还是因为出现症状，或者有密切接触阳性病人才做检查的。
有个视频说，各疫苗做试验时的当地发病率不同，感染率就不会一样。

如果我没有理解错，和不打疫苗的对照组比较，高出50%的保护效果，这个指标应当是刚刚符合WHO的标准。起码不会像有些人得出结论：越打越多。

综合各大主流媒体报道，我对目前疫苗的有效性有以下总结，纯粹个人观点，非喜勿喷，欢迎讨论：
- 在预防感染有效性方面，mRNA疫苗甩其他各种疫苗几条街。 如果没有变异，疫苗充足，mRNA疫苗应该是最优选择。
- 目前没有确凿数据说明mRNA疫苗比其他各种疫苗对预防ICU或者预防死亡更有效。美国有报道，打了二针mRNA疫苗感染死亡的。其他很多疫苗三期实验都说100%防止死亡，但是实际情况不好说，肯定没有100%
- mRNA疫苗对于变异可能效果不大。打个简单比喻，mRNA疫苗针对特定突刺片段，就像治疗癌症的定向靶药，能够有的放矢，效果当然好，但是如果靶子变了，特别是其他片段，效果可想而知。目前多个研究都证明mRNA对南非变种效果不大。以色列实战降低8倍（https://www.forbes.com/sites/williamhaseltine/2021/04/11/the-pfizerbiontech-covid-19-vaccine-is-less-effective-against-the-south-african-and-uk-variants-than-against-the-original-virus-according-to-a-new-real-world-study-from-israel/?sh=2f14b8bd5888）牛津大学文章说7.6倍（https://www.ox.ac.uk/news/2021-03-18-existing-vaccines-may-protect-against-brazilian-coronavirus-variant）， Moderna自己的研究降低6倍（https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2021/4/11/what-we-know-about-the-south-african-coronavirus-variant）。 可笑的是辉瑞自己根据很少的cases研究得出的结论是对南非病毒100%有效(Trial: Pfizer COVID Vax Effective Against South African Variant).
- 目前不清楚灭活疫苗对于变种的有效性。巴西最近报道好像对P.1比较好（一针接近50%）
- 基本上，以后可能每年都需要打疫苗，目前当务之急是把各种疫苗成本降低到感冒疫苗的水平，要不然大部分国家都会破产。
