Those are windows services program.
You cannot just kill them by Taskman because they all looks the same.
If you want to disable some of them, right click "My Computer"-> "Manage", look at the services.
You can disable the services which you don't use by changing the startup mode into "manual".
But you would better be sure because disabling the critical services might make your windows stop working.
