用RN的问题。

今天等到了RN里的“we have received your acceptance of our offer of admission...”，但是要开始使用的时候，网页地址栏里：“https://web2.uottawa.ca/uopr/NavS/CybernautStarter.exe”下面窗口中只有一行字：“Navigateur d'inscription?/ Registration Navigator?/h2>”。然后在试，显示一行法语“Une erreur s'est produite lors du traitement de votre information (2)!”,不知道是什么鸟意思，总之就是还不能用。

是不是handbook里说的“There could be a 24 hour wait after you first try to use RN.”呢？另外，是否还需要什么插件才能正常显示注册程序？
