不过这边也没什么好吃的零食,要是在国内就难了。:)
 
I is good idea to lose weight since it may save your money.
 
I don't think is a good idea to do so many exercises and low fat diet in such short amount of time, of course u will get the result but, unless u keep it up for the rest of ur live, once u stop the intense diet program, ur body system will build up the fat again~~~

but i think 109lbs is pretty thin already~~~i don't know why u abuse urself like that~~~ :(

Hehe, you haven't seen my latest update ba? I'm a few pounds less than 109 now. Well I wouldn't call it an intense diet program since I still have my breakfast, lunch and dinner, I just usually replace lunch with fruits and eat much less rice at dinner. Cutting out junk food is a good thing though whether you want to lose weight or not. :)

As for the exercising, I've been told that I'll gain my weight back if I stop. But I don't think it's too hard to keep going, winter is almost over and there'll be many ways for me to keep active, and the crunches and pilates have really just become a habit for me now, like brushing teeth. Do you find it hard to brush your teeth twice every day? :)

still...300 to 400 crunches everyday...is a bit too much~~~
hum..maybe is not really 减肥 but keep an healthy life style~~still, i think with 105 lbs, u r in very good shape, unless u r just 4 foot tall :D

anyway, keep it up~
 
中饭两个桔子不会饿吗?

减肥第56天

饭前称是102磅,饭后称是103。5磅。

今天早上热了点剩菜(包括半个卤蛋,几叶白菜,和一些香干炒辣椒),中午是两个桔子,晚上一中碗蘑菇汤和半两米饭。

搂主mm,偶也减肥呢~~~~~~~~~不过还要学习,不敢不吃东西呢~~`-_____________-
 
减肥第65天(不知不觉过了两个多月了。。。)
昨天滑雪回来称了是101磅,不过今天破戒了,跟朋友分享了一包薯条。

今天买了一套tankini加外面穿的一条小沙滩裙,下个星期要去caribbean cruise。:p
 
减肥最后总结
不错,得表扬自己一下,第一次刻意减肥便成功了,~115到98磅,历时2。5个月。
虽然最后两磅是因为嘴巴/牙床发了炎吃不下多少东西而减的。友情贡献3张对比照
片。。。呵呵。

第一张是12月底高峰期,脸那个圆,腰那个肥呀,只得改穿4号裤子。

照片太大了,改小点,比例还是一样的,没有把自己改修长喽。
 
第二张是3月中在邮轮上面,虽然没有做什么运动,但因为嘴唇发炎已经减到最低体重了。
 
第三张也是同一个星期照的,这是嘴唇发炎最厉害的时候,有好几个伤疤,就遮掉了。
