[问题] 有人加入了NECC电话公司的长途服务之后,成功cancel掉的吗?急问!!

我也刚刚加入了, 问题是怎么上网付款, 我的银行付帐那里根本查不到他们公司, 而我打电话想用信用卡付款, 等了20多分钟也没人接. 是不是只有写支票一种办法了呢?

线路质量目前还行, 暂时没有要退出的想法. 楼主是为什么不用他们了, 说说我警惕着点儿.

我现在每天都给她们打电话,没有一次有人接的,今天创了纪录,我等了一个小时又十分钟,一点都不夸张。有任何问题,比如我的帐单有问题,你没有任何办法解决。就凭这一点,你放心吗?

别家的长途电话服务,你如果向退出的话,没有任何困难和为难,这家,我在网上看说是什么必须写书面申请才能cancel,可是,又没有留任何联系方式关于这书面申请该发到哪里。这叫什么,真叫上了贼船了!
 
My local service is not with Bell. Recently Bell Canada called me and asked me to switch back. (I didn't because their rate is still higher than what I am paying now.) But if I had switched, Bell has a long distance package and therefore NECC would be automatically canceled. So maybe you can try to switch to another long distance company to cancel out NECC.

I have something I don't understand about the bill too. It lists 70 dollars something as charge, but I only used them for a few days and the total due is 7 dollars something. I wanted to ask them what was that 70 dollars thing - a monthly fee? But like you said, I couldn't get anybody on the line to talk to me. This is scary.
 
你可以打电话给别的长途电话公司,告诉他们你想转过去。(in my case, world link)。然后你就不用操心了。新的长话公司会帮你做好一切。

别家的长途电话服务,你如果向退出的话,没有任何困难和为难,这家,我在网上看说是什么必须写书面申请才能cancel,可是,又没有留任何联系方式关于这书面申请该发到哪里。这叫什么,真叫上了贼船了!

你可以打电话给别的长途电话公司,告诉他们你想转过去。(in my case, world link)。然后你就不用操心了。新的长话公司会帮你做好一切。

可是在他的网页里,申请新用户的条款里,写着一条,如果你要想cancel掉的话,必须给他们写信。我担心他们想耍赖。我早已经跟Rogers说了,转回我原来的计划,可是要使这个混蛋公司,就是不松手呢。
 
反正我没遇到任何问题。后来还有NECC 的人打电话来问我为什么要转走,我就把自己对他们的不满都讲了一遍,搞得那人也没话说。

I plan to hold on to my check book and NOT pay them until they call me. I don't have time to waste 30 minutes on hold everyday trying to reach them. If they don't answer my questions, why should I pay them. Isn't customer service part of the service I am paying?

(But don't follow my suit. I only owe 7 dollars something. Not worth them sending it to collection or even take legal action against me. I usually don't recommend people using such extreme method.)
 
I think you should be careful, 'cause they also mention some fine/punishment if you don't pay on time, etc. But we have nobody to talk, there is nobody alive in the customer service section. I don't think it's a regular/normal business practice. This company does seem suspicious and sneaky.

Today, I have contacted the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), which is also regulating long-distance providers in Canada. A case worker will give me a call tomorrow. Their number is 1-877-249-2782. If you are really as mad as me, maybe you can report and complain NECC too.

你是写信cancel掉的吗?写信到哪儿去呀?如果我不想转到别的长话去,也可以cancel掉吗?:confused:
 
我也用过,后来以前的公司打电话过来问我为什么转掉,我说,他们有优惠说。但是感觉不怎么好,然后原来的公司就恢复了。NECC也来电话问过,我说了别人的价格比他们的便宜。但是当初记得他们要我放弃一个什么东西,就是他们可以转让我的合同,我说了:不放弃,除非有我自己的书面确认。然后,就换回来了。反正注意,不要轻易放弃什么权利。
 
看来这个NECC还真笼络了不少客户呢, 这么多人受害啊. 当初他们还说如果我介绍客户进去给我5%回扣, 我想想自己一个月才打10块钱电话, 如果都照我这水平, 我介绍一个人给他们, 我才得50分, 想想别为了两个Quarter陷害朋友, 就没急着介绍, 想自己用用再说. 想不到真应验了, 假如我介绍了人等于是陷害朋友了. 汗!
