I do not think you can make "real" ice wine at those DIY stores, as ice wine is made from frozed grapes pick up from vines. I was told. for example, Taiwan makes ice wine too, but make from frozen grapes too but the grapes are frozen in the refrigrator.

Just check the yellow page of the telephone book and make few phone calls to fined out yourself.

基本上只有loeb和酒厂卖的是正宗的，其它自酿的算是冰的葡萄酒吧。

如果是要带回国的...建议上了飞机再买...飞机上也提供免税冰酒..比LOEB还要便宜....
