回国之前买东西退税问题

如题，譬如我回国前1个月之内，买了2000块的东西，想要退税，行不行，我看到有人说是在温哥华机场的某个地方敲章什么的，请有经历的朋友指点一下，万分感谢

It depends on where you check out. I know someone who came back to China by Toronto -> Vancouver -> Shanghai, got the tax refund in the airport of Toronto. Just go to the tax refund office in the office, and claim your refund.

well, I am afraid you can't claim tax return at the airport as a international student. you are regarded as a resident of Canada for tax purpose. only international visitors to Canada get tax return upon departure.

I tried to claim refund at Vancouver airport once as a international student, I was told the above.

You could try if you still want to. But I don't think you could get it really.

the custom is on the ground floor at the Pearson airport i remember it right.

Canadian customs officials stamp receipts for proof of export at these nine Canadian international airports: Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Pearson (Toronto), Ottawa, Montréal-Mirabel, Montréal-Dorval, and Halifax.

If you leave Canada from any of these airports, go to the information counter at the Canada Customs office prior to check-in with your airline. Follow the Canada Customs signs, or signs that read "Tax Refund for Visitors to Canada."

At Toronto Pearson International Airport, Canada Customs information can be found at kiosks located on the arrivals level of all three terminals.

yeah,just visitor visa within 6 months can get the refund.
