　　干１小时只有最低工资标准的一半、工作４小时才能无薪休息１５分钟、一年下来拿不到劳动协议……３月２９日下午，针对近日在广东曝光的麦当劳、肯德基等国际知名洋快餐店用工涉嫌违反《劳动法》的一条条例证，广州市劳动保障监察支队在前一天介入调查后，正式对这两个洋快餐巨头发出询问通知书。

　　劳动监察部门表示，一旦查实将对其予以严格处罚。

　　薪酬为“最低标准一半”

　　１月下旬，中山大学在读二年级大学生高晓诗成为麦当劳天河购书中心店的一名兼职工，上班第一天该餐厅明确了她的基本工资是４元／每小时，外加１．３元／小时的就餐补贴，每天她至少要工作六七个小时，有时甚至长达１０个小时，且公司规定，只有连续工作４个小时，餐厅才安排１５分钟的休息，包括吃饭时间，且这段时间餐厅规定是没有工资的。

Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, has set a minimum wage of 7.5 yuan ($0.97) an hour since the start of this year. But the city's New Express newspaper has said that the fast-food restaurants had paid part-time employees from 4 to 5 yuan an hour, citing contracts signed by workers.
