失眠。。。

严重失眠。。。

已经一个多月了。。。
 
大哥。。。我荒了。。。

一顿在床上躺了3个小时。。。

实在躺不住就起来咯
 
一样...睡到5点就醒了,现在还无奈着呢+.+
 
真羡慕你們!精神真好, 我每天都10點睡,9點起來, 睡得我累得呢!
 
是不是多虑了,LZ, 睡觉前喝杯热牛奶帮助睡眠。
 
找点事情干干~体力活的~累了再睡~

起床的时候巨痛苦

上课的时候精神完全恍惚中。。。
 
If sth preoccupies you, remind yourself that nothing is worth losing your sleep for.

And exercise, exercise, work out, outdoors.. in short: wear yourself out.

If you don't want to take the sleeping pills from the pharmacy, some chinese "gan mao yao" contains stuff that helps to put you to sleep too.

I assume you stay away from coffee/tea these days?

很少喝咖啡。。。

茶已经停了快半个月了。。。
 
我也试过失眠。而且失了好像有3个月~
不过这样能减肥哦~
哈哈哈~这个。。我也没什么好办法啦~
 
找一些自己觉得最无聊、最没兴趣的书看看。如果能坚持看下去而没有睡意,就只好吃安眠药了。
