The Dalai Lama does not claim the independence of Tibet. However, one saw in these manifestations of the slogans "Free Tibet" and many flags Tibetans... I am extremely constrained by the immoderate use which is made flag Tibetan. No country in the world recognizes closely or by far the existence of independent Tibet, it is not a question of an open question. The claims which one can address to China relate to the humans right, not on the independence of Tibet. Or then it is necessary to be expressed clearly on the independence of Tibet and to explain which means one intends to put at it. If not, it acts of a fraud. One does nothing but throw oil on the fire of the Chinese leaders who speak about "clicks independence" of the Dalai Lama. However, the majority of the demonstrators are more attached to spirituality and the culture Tibetan that with its independence. I think that there is unfortunately a confusion supplements on both sides.
