请教几个关于申请赴加拿大探亲签证申请表填写的问题

非常不好意思问以下这些比较弱智的问题，请勿见笑。

问题 1.
IN Section 2 of the application form: SPOUSE OR COMMON-LAW PARTNER AND CHILDREN
我妈是申请人，我和我老婆是邀请人，我妈和我爸住在一起，我还有两个妹妹，都已成家不和我爸我妈住在一起，请问这一部分需要填谁？
a. 我爸
b. 我爸 + 我的两个妹妹
c. 我爸 + 我的两个妹妹 + 我

问题 2.
如果以上填的是c，因为表上只有3列，我是否可以随便附上一张纸填上我的信息，或者只拷贝Section 2其他部分剪掉，然后在上面填上我的信息？还是需要把整个page 1 拷贝一下，再在上面填上我的信息？

问题 3.
在 Section 3: The purpose of my visit to Canada is 有3个选项：
Tourism
Business
Other (Provide details below)
我母亲过来是探亲，是否应当选 Other (Provide details below)？

问题 4.
如果 问题 1.里填的是c，那么在我的那一栏下面：
Will accompany you to Canada? 选 Yes 还是 No （我现在在加拿大）

问题 5.
在section 12e) 里，Have you or any member of your family ever Applied for any Canadian immigration visas (e.g. Permanent Resident, Student, Worker, Temporary Resident (visitor), Temporary Resident Permit)? 是否应填 Yes? 因为我和我老婆是是移民。

5. no is fine. but yes is also ok if you provide your information of immigration. the officer would ignore it and understand that the applicant
is confused about the definition of family members.

I found the following in immigration section of CIC.
Family members

You must identify all of your family members on your application form. Your family members may apply for permanent residence as part of your application.
Family members include your:

• spouse or common-law partner; and
• dependent children.

Important: You must list all family members, whether they wish to be considered in your application for permanent residence at this time or not. Also list family members whose location is unknown (including those missing or presumed dead). Family members who are not listed on your application will not be able to be sponsored by you at a later date.
Note: Separated or former spouses and separated or former common-law partners are not eligible family members.
Common-law partner

A common-law partner is a person of the opposite or same sex with whom you are in a conjugal relationship and who is currently cohabiting with you and has done so for at least one year.
Dependent children include:

• Your dependent children
• The dependent children of your spouse or common-law partner
• The dependent children of your dependent children

Note: If you are a divorced or separated parent, a minor child of whom you have joint or sole custody is considered a dependent family member. This applies even if the minor child usually lives with the other parent and will not join you in Canada.
Note: Dependent children also include children you adopted before they were 18 years of age.
Type A He or she is under the age of 22; and is single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).
Type B He or she has been continuously enrolled and in attendance as a full-time student in a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and depends substantially on the financial support of a parent either

• since before the age of 22; or
• since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).

Type C He or she is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22 and is unable to provide for him/her self due to a medical condition.

我今天又听到另一种说法： Spouse and Children 里只填申请来加拿大的人。比如我妈的这种情况， Applicant 应填我妈，Spouse and Children都空着。因为我爸和我的两个妹妹都不准备申请来加。 这种说法有道理吗？

"我妈和我爸住在一起"是什么意思? 他们不是婚姻关系?---那申请人只要填你妈
她有配偶,就添上配偶栏,应该有一栏问:配偶是否一起来加?"NO"
你妹妹们是independent children, 不需要添他们的名字. 根据每个使馆的要求不一样, 可能有亲属关系表, 要求列出详细的家属成员.国请务必查一下.

Please note that there is no opt-out option for dependents in this category. Even if they do not intend to accompany the principal applicant to Canada, they must be included in the application and examined. The applicant must submit all the forms and supporting documents for her non-accompanying spouse.
