For the second consecutive year, Glebe Collegiate Institute has emerged No. 1 in the Ottawa Citizen's third annual high school sports rankings.
Glebe, the largest school in terms of population in the National Capital Secondary School Athletic Association, excelled in cross-country running, volleyball and track and field to finish with a commanding 143 performance points.

Glebe的房子贵，是贵的有道理呀。

这个大标题稍有些误导啊，讲的排名是针对体育

“While Glebe, which is 85 years old, has limited athletic venues -- one gym, one field, one swimming pool, one small weight room and one exercise studio -- it has shown initiative to allow its athletes more training time.”

老中体育突出的不是没有，还是少些，尤其是田径方面。可以说移民子女普遍是先天不足，有几个爸妈是靠体育突出过来的。

1，2， 都是私立学校，比较注重体育。

排名在前的学校传统上注重体育，舍得花时间和钱。才发现这儿公立高中学生挺多的啊

如果没有理解错，这里中学是否BEST传统上是以体育的成绩和对其的重视程度来评定的。非常赞同这种指导思想。
