如果购买转售房，支付的税收将更多，因为帮助购房的中间人也必须开始收取省消费税(PST)。另外，保险金、房产税，以及产权保险费等也会随着消费税的合并而增加。

I think this is very misleading.

Say the house is 500K, and the listing agent fee is 5%. For re-sale house, the extra you pay is 500Kx5%x8% = $2000; for new house, it is roughly 40K extra..

保险金、房产税，以及产权保险费 applies to both new and re-sale house..

Well, we have to pick one that is less evil each time. We vote them in and out just like changing diapers for kids (When diapers become full of sh*t, poo/pee, and can no longer hold any more waste, they require changing.).
