申请off-campus work permit (网上申请)需要填一个Designated Institutional Representative的名字，这个应该填什么？
明天要去To来不及问了……

这个需要去学校ISA办，如果你是CU的话，貌似OU不给搞这个
把你自己的内容填好，然后交进去，过几个星期就可以拿到批下来的内容了

Designated Institutional Representative

A Designated Institutional Representative is an employee of your educational institution (school) who is responsible for implementing the Off-Campus Work Permit Program at your educational institution (school). The international office at your educational institution (school) can direct you to your Designated Institution Representative.
