2楼的朋友其实说的没错，这些重要的文件找专业的注册的公司是非常有必要的，我有朋友去年也找人求帮类似问题，最后还是找了个安省一个注册专业机构给翻译的，因为听他说国内好多翻译过的他们这边不认可，所以得重新翻译。
请人吃顿饭也就是个十几二十块钱，专业翻译可不止这个数。你要是为了省钱的话其实真别这样。因为重要文件千万别不能马虎，否则翻新工又是钱。

If you're in civil engineering, specialize in sewage and drainage, I would strongly suggest you to go for the Stormwater Management route.
In North America, the topic Stormwater Management was raised in the early twentieth century, a lot of SWM and flood prevention infrastructures were built, but yet the flooding rate has not slowed down due to many artificial and natural phenomenons. A lot of researches and experiments have been conducted, strategies and new technology have been developed. There are a lot of valuable resources on SWM in North America. These are precious knowledge that we can bring into China.
I'm an environmental planner, although I am not originally from China, I have been working on environmental projects in China for the past 6 years. I remember the first time when I was there, it broke my heart to watch people drinking and washing rice/clothes in a stream of contaminated water. It was a tough ride when I first started and tried to bring this SWM concept to the government/municipalities in China. But after pleasant results from a few sucessful projects, we started to gain trust from them by proofing to them that we can improve water quality in our rivers with natural approaches, and that building giant dams and water gates can only control water quantity not the quality. The most rewarding thing is to see village children running around, drinking clean water and saved from harm.
We need more professionals like yourself in the future to help promoting public health/safety and environmental awareness in China.
