不知道是否理解正确。似乎是三条车道，LZ是从最内（左）侧线，换到最外（右）侧线。

如果在这样的情况下，最外道的车从后面撞了你，不是追尾；责任在换道的车。说对方速度快，拿不出证据来。交通规则规定，换线的时候，必须是安全的时候才能换（only when it is safe to do so.）。你说CHECK过多少次也没有帮助，因为结果是出问题了。

想起来了，MERIVALE那段路是三条线，最右线在CLYDE路口（不能继续直行）只能右转（MERIVALE）。

Right, that's exactly what I feel the officer is treating me. Just because I'm female, G1,plus Asian ( English not good as I was kind of nervous at that time, it was an accident anyway.) she didn't even treat me and my words seriously, just take that person's word.
That's the part I don't understand either. The police never checked the actual scene of the accident, just observe the damage, and take his words, instead of mine. Is that fair?
