I honestly feel that guy can not be 100% innocent, as he lied to the police.
I honestly feel that guy can not be 100% innocent, as he lied to the police.
I did trying to keep all the Chinese good ethics, by not arguing in front with that person, not arguing with the police officer, since I think there should be a fair judgment. I did not blame that person for 1 word at police station (right now I feel I was so stupid), that's why I get this whole ticket.
Now if I don't even go to court to argue, it's like I'm too too silly. Whatever he told has all become truth, from the police's perspective.

I turned signal while I turned---变线没有提前打信号灯,换线的过程才打信号;

no, no, you're not hurting me.
arguing
Right.
You know what, the police didn't even check with any of us if I have signaled.

True, that's why the police only listen to the other side, while actually the two stories were very different.
I'll have an interpreter on trial, but before the trial, there is a prosecutor or something, there's no interpreter for that one.
Poor me, need to fight with the prosecutor alone.
你如何CLEAR THE LANE?你BLOCK THE LANE ACTUALLY。
