Sorry I am at work now and can only type English.
I was driving along the rightest lane of Marivale.
I have changed lane before that from the middle lane to the rightest lane, I turned signal while I turned, and checked and double checked the rightest lane and the middle lane were clear. I made my change successfully, and I was a little bit slow on the rightest lane since I was about to turn right along Marivale at Clyde “DQ”, and it was raining at that time, and I drove very careful. PS, there were traffic on my lane on front of me, and it’s impossible for me to move along very fast.
At that point, that car hit me from the middle lane at my left back bumper. When I came out from the car to check what has happened, that car has disappeared. I thought it was a “hit and run”, and was just about to call police to catch him, I found his car parked at the left hand side parking lot. I called 911 immediately , and never moved my car, and expect police to come here to examine the exact position of wheels and damage. But the police never come and I was asked to report this in person at Greenbank police station. I only moved my car after I received the instruction from the police.
When we got the police station, I did not blame the other driver at all to the officer as I believe the damage of cars itself can explain everything ( my car’s damage at back left, and his at front right, and I was on the right lane), of course it’s all his fault. I trust the officer must be expericed enough to judge, that’s why I don’t even waste one more word to blame the other party ( since I tought it’s very clear all his fault). But I end up got a ticket for not changing lane properly, which is ridiculous!
I’ve set a count date with the city already. Since I believe it’s all that guy’s fault: Driving too fast, not checking the road properly. He lied to police and blame me for the whole accident while it’s not true.
Help! How can I win this thing back? Share some ideas! A million thanks!
