既然大家问了,就严重跑题一下。
话说虫虫恶心归恶心,但虫虫没有Attitude吧,也不Talk back。这Barrhaven的CT店,早前就目睹过一人气得满脸通红,怀抱一个纸盒子,站在客服台前大声呼吁人们不要在该店购物。当时不理解,直到自己也被结结实实恶心了一把。
就是退货啊,从下到上都不让。询问经理Return Policy, 人家就一句话,提醒我所购物品不值几个钱!我说那就不敢再在这儿购物了,人家又是一句话,“你请便”。
哇呀呀哇呀呀……
马上Complain到Online Customer Service。回复了完整的Return Policy,并且要给邮寄CT Money “as one time goodwill gesture”. 我回说:
If I read between the lines correctly, the on-line customer service does not really have any impact on the operation of the individual Canadian Tire store. Thank you anyway for forwarding my concern to the Dealer/General Manager.
After all I no longer care whether or not the store provides appropriate customer service as I will never again spend one cent there. Simply because:
Not all consumers are experts on everything they purchase. This time for example, before trying out, no one will know that the nozzle is too light and small to adequately control the hose filled with water. Spending is not researching.
If it is the dealer or general manager him/herself who is incapable of providing reasonable customer service, it will be a bad idea for the consumer to confront them face to face. This manager I talked to has worked there for many years and I have never seen him smile. No one enjoys a battle field.
Sadly, a good named store stands out with its red color representing warmth and happiness somehow turned ice cold, to me, to other consumers...

大家记住,CT是Franchise,各家店独立性很大。曾在网上search 过,Barrhaven的CT名声很烂。评价最好的是Huntclub和Heron上的两家。
