换iphone4好像要合约过了2年才允许，否则要付全价。。。

Customers who have completed a 2 or 3-year term
Rogers standard hardware upgrade program enables customers with any mobile device who have completed a 2 or 3-year term to upgrade to an iPhone 4 at $159 for the 16GB or $269 for 32GB, each with a 3 year term voice and data plan (customers can always refer to rogers.com or in store for promotional offers before current term expiry).
Rogers customers who activated or upgraded to iPhone on a term contract on or before December 31, 2008 are also eligible for this pricing.
