联邦2011-12财政年度预算要点

•总支出2787亿元（包括330亿元还债支出），比上一财年增加1%。

•总债务达到5860亿元，比上一财年增加296亿元。

• 赤字296亿元，计画到2015-16财年实现预算平衡。

•拨款4亿元，用于把ecoENERGY家庭节能改造项目延长一年。

• 一项老年人保证收入补助金的附加补贴，低收入老年人单身最多600元、夫妻最多840元，预计耗资3亿元以上。

•新出炉家庭照顾退税，照顾有病或残疾家属者每年最多节省大约300元。

•新出炉儿童艺术、文化、娱乐和发育活动退税，每个孩子每年最多为父母节约75元。

• 吸引健保人员到农村和偏远社区工作的新计画，对医生减免4万元学生贷款，对护士减免2万元贷款。

•小企业雇佣退税，最高1000元。这是个临时计画，以抵销2011年失业金保险费的增长，鼓励小企业招聘员工。

•立法让20亿元的天然气税基金永久化，为市政府基础设施提供可预测的资金来源。<!-- /end arcbody -->
