表面上看, 昨天是三打一.这次辩论总的来说四平八稳,对选情不会有很大的影响。但哈博表现稳重诚恳,抓住所有的机会宣扬保守党的政绩政策,巩固了已有优势,应该说小有斩获。新民党在和自由党的竞争中亦小有所获。自由党Ignatief表现不佳。重复太多,并且在林登挑战他的议会出席率时居然一时语塞。
经此一役,我更看好保守党多数政府并且估计新民党和自由党的差距会拉近。

That's true.
It nevertheless has its pros and cons. Harper managed to be cool, collected and Prime Ministerial throughout and he won. Sounds to be easily but it could be totally disastrous.
Duceppe's first assault was a direct and effective one and therefore an excellent starter, which could have set the tone for the discussion in a way very negative to the government. Fortunately, Harper was able to channel the discussion back to the government's outstanding records in managing the Canadian economy in the context of the world financial crisis right way and stay firmly there in the entire debate. Not an easy job.![]()
