any contract with this plan? how long? do they give you a new phone too?

3yrs, they offered me a new phone, but I didn't take it.

不包括税,算上税大概28吧,有caller id,有语音信箱,信号覆盖一般,不是太好,好在有语音信箱,接不到的就回过去,反正不花钱

7-11 Speakout 应该是比较适合的，可惜Ottawa没有7-11了，我的手机费用快用完了，正在琢磨着怎么充值呢。
类似7-11的有Petro Canada和Quicker的手机，可以去看看。
