咱们就别再争了，不管大家原来的想法如何（有的支持接受一万，有的坚持要合理说法），现在都站在一起想办法支持BDW吧，现在的情况对她很不利。

那些购房的条款，几十页，有哪位仔细读过呢？我上次贴的那几段，照现在来看，对BDW都不利。（对方就是把她放到了DEFAULT的一方，定金就是不退了。）说什么都没用，感情牌现在打的也没什么力度了（还是客户的时候和撕破脸不做客户了处理方式不可能一样的），现在就是要看白纸黑字的东西。

BDW现在收集对自己有利的证据很重要，特别是自己没有DEFAULT的证据，什么时候去的律师那里，如何办理的交接，所有的东西都要有证据。空口无凭。 一定找个好律师。
