個人資料可能外洩
大統華超級市場今日通知社會大眾，有非法入侵者未經許可入侵大統華網站www.tntsupermarket.
com。大統華現已確認，網站遭入侵的日期在2011 年6 月6 日、7 日、11
日、14~17 日。
大統華已確定約有五萬八千人的個人資料在大統華的用戶資料庫可能被非法入侵；瀏覽網
戶有可能已受到惡意軟體影響。大統華網站並未蒐集任何有關用戶的信用卡資訊、駕照號
碼、生日日期或社會保險號碼(SIN)等。
可能外洩的資料包括：網站會員用戶名稱、密碼、名字、姓氏、年齡、性別、電子郵件地
址、街道地址、城市、省、郵政編號、手機號碼、電話號碼、傳真號碼等資訊。此外，上
網求職者的背景資料也可能外洩。
若使用者在2011 年6 月6 日、7 日、11 日曾在大統華網站使用線上求職申請，或網上預
訂產品及選擇於分店領取產品，可能已經在不知情的狀況下被轉進入一個非大統華網站並
可能顯示訊息，引導使用者在螢幕上點選搜尋鍵，一但點選後有可能會啟動下載其他軟體
至用戶電腦，藉此盜取用戶的個人資料。
另外，大統華的供應商在2011 年6 月14 日~17 日期間，也曾發生上述進入非大統華網站
的類似情況。
大統華對此事件引起任何不便深感抱歉。
如果網站用戶收到任何聲稱來自大統華的聯絡，要求提供任何或更多的個人資料，在任何
情況下請顧客千萬不要提供。大統華不會以任何方式，包括電郵，要求使用者提供個人機
密資訊，如信用卡資料。
大統華將會就此事件通知受到影響的使用者，並已通知政府有關私隱專員部門。
由於事件的重要性，大統華已暫時關閉網站，並聯同電腦保安專家進行全面和徹底調查事
件始末。.防止日後網站遭非法入侵，大統華會加強安全和強化網絡基礎設施，重建更好
的資料保密系統。

Hackers attack T&T grocery-store chain

British Columbia-based T & T Supermarket Inc. said Friday that its website was hit by a cyberattack that may have compromised the personal data of 58,000 people.
Hackers may have accessed databases of customer information, including such details as names, passwords, ages, genders, e-mail addresses, street addresses and phone numbers. T & T does not collect credit card information, driver's licence numbers or social insurance numbers.
The Loblaw subsidiary said that visitors to its website, http: //www. tnt-supermarket.com, may also have inadvertently downloaded malicious software onto their computers.
"A deliberate attempt has been made to hack our website. We are taking precautionary measures and we just want to let people know," said a spokesperson for the company.
T & T has temporarily shut down its website and is conducting a full investigation. The company does not know when the website will re-open.
Users who accessed the website on June 6, 7, and 11, and on June 14 to June 17, to place product orders or apply for employment, may have been redirected to a fake version of the website that displayed a button asking users to perform a virus scan.
Clicking the button may have downloaded malicious software onto their computers that attempted to retrieve further personal information.
Customers are being asked to be cautious, especially if they receive suspicious e-mails asking for personal information such as credit card numbers.
The company will only contact known affected individuals to inform them of the incident.
Users of the site are advised to change their passwords once the site is restored, and to run a reputable anti-virus scan on their computers.
T & T is Canada's largest Asian supermarket chain, with eight stores in Metro Vancouver, two in Calgary and nine others across Canada.
