蒜茸蘑菇油莱

角瓜馅饺子+大头莱馅饺子

你为啥所有的“菜”，都写成“莱”，你不用拼音输入法吗？一个是cai，一个是lai。只是好奇。

狗狗推荐这道羊肩肉很容易做的说！
基本就是蔬菜切块打底，羊肩肉抹上酱料，慢火烤它五个小时就是了。
博客作者Jane也用图片演示得很清楚的 我一向欣赏Jane严谨又清晰的博文。

我之前想买那个Breville Smart Convection Toaster Oven就是因为这道菜和这个blog
结果一直没买，也一直没做
家里的大烤炉烤这个太浪费电了

You can always skip a couple of ingredients

Cucumber dressing is just a flavor of salad dressing. You should be able to find it in most grocery stores. Saw it yesterday at Walmart, too.
For the chickpea salad, prepare and cook chickpea as per package instruction, drain, cool. Toss with broccoli, a big handful of raisen, caramelized onion (onion cooked till translucent), hmmm...maybe also cube up a small apple. Mix well with salad dressing.

有宝宝怀孕那时反应大就不怎么烤了，之前我几乎每周要烤几个蛋糕的，呵呵。

Can I use canned chickpea instead? I recently discovered quinoa, might use that instead.

Sure you could, just make sure find out if the chickpea is pre-cooked or not. I personally don't like to use canned food.
If you want to make quinoa salad, I wouldn't use broccoli as the two texture are conflicting. Try blanched asparagus or zucchini, and some mushrooms and bell pepper instead.
