You can always skip a couple of ingredients
Cucumber dressing is just a flavor of salad dressing. You should be able to find it in most grocery stores. Saw it yesterday at Walmart, too.
For the chickpea salad, prepare and cook chickpea as per package instruction, drain, cool. Toss with broccoli, a big handful of raisen, caramelized onion (onion cooked till translucent), hmmm...maybe also cube up a small apple. Mix well with salad dressing.

Can I use canned chickpea instead? I recently discovered quinoa, might use that instead.
