看来我还要去builder 那里问问，是不是dedicated HRV，如果是，我考虑要装了。

阿土的不是dedicated HRV，但在地下室却有不少进气和排气口。seal basement floor与换气相比，可能换气来得容易。

你那里的不用纠结，M 已经给装好了！

We have dedicated HRV in our existing house, but hardly use it at all for years. We have a large aquarium at home. The humidity inside is always above 50. Considering we run high-power exhaust fan in kichen, as well as in each bathroom, I believe good amount cold air are sucked in house anyway.
We decided not put HRV in new house although the cost is only around $1500 for basic model.
