As for English, you are a little bit of elementary. "To be a Chinese but not bahave..." is a choice of work as referred to "behaving in a typical Chinese way." Nobody doubts or cares if you are a Chinese or not, it is the way of thinking and the way of working that make people (your potential clients) concerned.
Remember, people hire you to provide professional advice on the state of property and any potential problems. If you are "too Chinese," you often mess things up.
