This is not a season urgent products such as air conditioning, to wait a little bit late this year, many new homes owner could join, I know many will be around Sep and Oct.

Well, that is because many more have been waiting for it since last Sept and Oct . Anyway, I don't think it would impact the seasonal projects like AC etc, as I am pretty sure that Cobalt started to negotiate them a while ago and just waits for a final deal.
