i think the main idea of framing walk through is to confirm the floor plan changes you made are constructed as you wish and also to confirm the dimension of each room is close enough to the floor plan that builder supplied. this is the last chance for you to see inside the walls before the drywall is put up. you also want to confirm the R-value of the insulation is same as their building spec. or your upgrades. if you have extra money to spend and your builder agrees with you to bring in an inspector, he can help you to find some construction/building-cold issues which is hard/impossible for you to discover.
at PDI stage, almost everything is done for your new home and it's your chance to be *very* picky on any finish issues to let the builder to correct before you closing the deal.

我也奇怪啊。我家的网线全交给builder了。
是指卫星电视的线吗？
如果你让builder做了，就不用了。我是指如果你想自己布线的话，或者有些特殊需要，比如要在某一个房间设置central hub。

Central Hub我家现在就放在地下室，挨着那些线。新房也会这样做。

我很想在房前屋后安装几个摄像头，不知如何做？可以在这个阶段自己埋线吗？
我觉得这个阶段只能搞rough-in,而且外墙如果没有完工，还不能动外部。埋线是可以的
