出租房保险问题请教

看好一个在CU附近的房子，想买下作投资房出租学生，但问了几家保险公司，都不给保，请问哪位有经验，该怎么解决？

是不给分租的保。整体租给一家的给保。

You might need a rooming house license from city and seek help from insurance broker. Students are the most destructive group. An advice, never rent to a law student, you are most lIkely becoming his/her first practice target

Not really but might get some trouble when you get neighbor complains to the city. Student house might not be a problem if nearby there's lots of student houses. Screen your tenants carefully
