请问新房子的TARION WARRANTY规定BUILDER的保修时间有多长

2010年7月CLOSE的URBANDALE的新房子。这个月突然初发现几乎家里每个窗户都有这样的裂纹（也有可能去年就有了，一直没有发现因此也就没有写在YEAR-END TARION WARRANTY REPORT中）。联系了URBANDALE的WARRANTY SERVICE DEPARTMENT. 结果答复是：

"It seems that the trim is separating from the window casement. This is due to temperature changes and contraction and expansion of your home during the winter months.

Unfortunately, due to the age of your home these items are not warrantable under the Tarion Protection Plan. The trim company will needed to be contacted directly at the expense of the Homeowner to have these issues resolved."

请问各位在2010年左右刚搬进新房的高手们有没有遇到过类似的问题？我最不高兴的是1年半的新房子BUILDER竟然说“due to the age of your home“:flaming::flaming:

请高手帮们看看这到底是由于”岁月蹉跎“还是NND质量问题？:flaming:

另外这些每个窗户上的裂纹对房子有什么影响没有？
