Foul play not suspected in death of man burned at Carleton University

OTTAWA — A 25-year-old man found on fire at a Carleton University parking garage Tuesday afternoon has died, Ottawa police say. Carleton security found the man engulfed in flames at around 1:30 p.m. at the corner of University and Raven roads. He was taken to hospital with what paramedics described as “severe” burns to his body.
