Pigott family to hold ‘tea and cookies’ remembrance event

OTTAWA — The family of the late Jean Pigott is inviting the National Capital community for farewell tea and cookies this Thursday afternoon and evening. “Jean always served tea and cookies to her guests,” said family friend Cindy Boucher who is helping organize the event. “So it’s appropriate that there will be lots of cookies.”
