<HTML>My situation:
My job is permanent and I have worked in Canada for one year. I have sent out my resignment letter to my boss. Yoday is my last day in my company. I will go back China for one month. Then come back to have my graduate study.

What I worry is if I can not find a job when I graduate, what can I do about EI?

P.S.
Rabbit:

It's hard to put the money of Olympic into my pocket. on the other side, I do not like the feeling of work in China, I mean the atmosphere.

<HTML>No way for sure at that moment.</HTML>

<HTML>Why do you resign? You should let your boss lay off you, even fire you, or use a health excuse. You made a bad choice. See if you can save the job. Otherwise, stay in Canada to collect EI, but not for a student for sure. Since they ask you to be available for a new job every day.</HTML>

<HTML>Good luck, boy!</HTML>

<HTML>no way for EI if you were in this way.
but it is much easy to find a job after graduate study. :P</HTML>
