Eight teenagers were playing hockey on one of the outdoor rinks at Brewer Park the other day when Tim Van Horn, with his dogs Bo and Mucmuc in tow, approached. “Hey, guys!” he shouted, breaking up the mid-week afternoon scrimmage. “I’m a photographer and I’m travelling across Canada, and I’m doing a big look at Canada with 40,000 portraits of people.
