或者装货时，碰到了什么保险装置，使后备箱不可以用钥匙从外面打开。 驾驶员座位旁边的开后背箱拉手也不好用了吗？

I think you car probably is an American Car.

99 % of Japanese car has a trunk release lever that driver can open trunk door. As for American car, you have to use key. (To some high end model, there is a power trunk release button).

You can go to garage and ask mechanic there to fix the trunk lock for you. The (labour) charge is at most 60 CAD Cash.

i remember there's a master key/slave key that one can open the trunk but the other can't.

你看看是不是你的valet parking按钮是打开的？
一般valet parking打开的话是不能开后备箱的。
