不知道大家是否都愿意在DEALER处做新车的维护,我买车6个月HONDA CRV,
三个月后,第一次去换机油时,建议我做个常规检查,一共115DOLLOR,今天即
6个月后第二次换机油,他说需要做个 TYPE B SERVICE,一共需195DOLLOR,我有点怀疑,才半年的新车,我坚持只换机油,最后也收了65DOLLOR,还说你这
次不做TYPE B SERVICE下次会更贵,不知道大家是否有这方面的经验,是否DEALER处更安全,可靠,谢谢,
 
I've worked for Honda dealer for 10+ years, and I have the following thought.

Regular factory recommended service is always necessary. Keep in mind that nothing guarantee working, even new car with new parts. Regular inspections are to prevent incident that is preventable.

The next question might be, holy cow, Type B service is $195, that's expensive, why we have to service my new car at the dealership? My answer to that is not absolutely true. New car doesn't have to service at the dealer, and doesn't have to be that expensive and more importantly warranty WILL NOT be voided.

Our shop, Onion Auto Service, is a Honda/Acura specialist, our services performed in our shop are warranty approved by Honda also all services (Type A,B,C,D,E) are all the same price and all follows Honda recommended schedule and only Honda OEM parts are used.
