Community associations pore over development of O-Train corridor

Big dreams to transform a bleak Scott Street into a Parisian-style boulevard and to see 30-storey towers replace underutilized dead zones along the future O-Train corridor from the Ottawa River to Dow’s Lake were scrutinized by residents at a public forum organized by two neighbouring community associations on Tuesday night.
