Ottawa officials have asked a Good Samaritan to stop clearing snow from two popular but neglected pedestrian pathways in the east end. Orléans resident Doug Rochow has been clearing the neighbourhood paths for five or six years in a bid to make the steep and slippery walkways safer for the community.
