问一下， 来探亲的父母可以申请银行卡吗? 拿的多年可往返旅游签证，只想申请debit or bank card; （不申请信用卡）。



可行吗？ 请问在哪家银行，或哪家银行最好办？要求什么条件吗？

Yes, you can open a join-account under your parents and add your name. This will be easy for you if you need to handle the transactions for them. I believe most of the banks can do this for you.
