最近有谁续Study Permit的吗？

Hi, who can tell me is that the same between extension of study permit and the extension of visa?
and where should we turn in the application?
sorry for so silly questions while I am new here.

Could i ask when you need to apply for extension of Temporary Resident Visa?

Actually my both my study permit and visa will be expire on Sep 31. I extended my study permit so early because I will leave Canada for a while and will be back in early September. I dont extend visa now because I cannot get it done before I leave and I need my passport. I will extend visa as soon as I come back.

So if you need to extend you visa, be prepared for not doing anything that gonna need passport for at least one month.

You need to extend your study permit first, and then extend your visa after you get the extended permit. The forms are different, but documents needed are nearly the same. One difference is that for applying study permit, all documents you send in can be photo copies.
But for visa, you need to send in your passport for they will stamp on it. Another is the address for application of study permit is within canada. For visa, you must send to somewhere outside Canada, say Bufflo, NY, USA.
Go to your international student advisor for the forms and you can find out the addresses there.
