What about collectively buying a farm of say 50 acres and then carve up virtually to share with people...just for fun and cost-recovery. The model is like a farm club...but owners need to do all the hardwork...

I just think about the model of running after I finish the first land-treating,no idea now.

It is a good start. Is the land zoning for agriculture or just a vacant land ?

There are a few farms for sale around Ottawa but need serious investment...

我现在暂停，因为一个建筑的审批还没通过，COSTCO定的一个SHED都24天了还没送到。

现在地里一个小基础做完了，但是SHED没到；一套大点的钢结构大棚材料都堆在地里，可是基础还没批准，哪个都进行不下去了；这边过几天还有零下的温度预报，种植问题也要等等。

不过审批的材料上周五终于齐了，下周希望能拿到PERMISSION。

联系开路口的价钱也谈完了，如果准备好了，1天就能干完，不过我暂时只做9米宽、15米长就停住，以后再说，不做那么宽了。因为涉及道路连接，必须有资质的单位施工。

下周拖拉机也应该能就位，一旦棚子起来，我就准备在地里住几天（当然，渥太华这边温度还有点低，到6月份就应该没问题了），先把靠路边的地整理一下，种上几丛薰衣草点缀一下。

地里没有房子，确实很不便，蔬菜顶多试着种点，毕竟不能天天过去。。

楼上地主，建议你买部camping trailer停在农场，下雨刮风什么的，都有个地方躲躲，而且里面还有浴室卫生间，厨房卧室。只要你的农场是通电的就可以了。

谢谢你的提议，SHED只要立起来，就有遮风挡雨的地儿了，WORKSHOP起来就更没问题了，冰箱、微波炉都在计划之中。

现在还没通电，我的太阳能发电系统只是1000W的功率，大家伙带不动啊！

和COSTCO联络了2周，终于在定货满月前的5月3日下午，SHED送达。悲摧的，花费了200刀运费，又浪费了我15天！

今天抓紧时间，黄昏前终于立起来了。

今天太阳能发电安装就位了，发电额定功率230W，逆变额定1000W，目前电池组只能储存一度多点。回ANAKIN：大片的太阳能发电的是邻居家的Microfit项目，享受政府补贴的10KW电站。

明天拖拉机到位。

有哪位知道HYDRO是否给没有住户的工具房送电？200A的话估计费用会有多少？
依国内的经验，应该红线内越远就越贵，只是还不知道加拿大的大概单位造价。
