Decision on bail expected Friday for accused in fatal hit-and-run that killed mother

A man accused of driving drunk when he allegedly struck and killed a young mother is expected to find out on Friday if he will be released on bail. Jeremy Rees, 23, is charged with impaired and criminal negligence causing death and failing to remain at the scene of a March 18 collision that killed Erin Vance.
